And because the tube is short, it fits into those tight spots where a longer heater just wouldn’t work.
What It’s Made Of
We went with a quartz envelope, not regular glass. Why? Because quartz can handle extreme temperature swings without cracking. Inside, the halogen element keeps the filament stable, so the heater doesn’t dim over time. It stays bright and consistent for the long haul. And wiring it up is a breeze. The R7s connector is a simple two-pin setup. It’s designed as a direct drop-in replacement for many industrial fixtures, so you can swap it out and get back to work without any fuss.
Where It Shines
